Nature of the service
Crew provides curated introductions, community access, and events designed to support founders in building intentional business relationships. We do not guarantee outcomes, partnerships, revenue, or business success.
Membership and conduct
Crew membership is subject to approval and ongoing adherence to community standards. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if behaviour undermines trust, respect, or the integrity of the network.
Pushy sales behaviour, misuse of introductions, or disrespectful conduct may result in removal without refund.
Introductions and responsibility
Introductions facilitated by crew are made in good faith based on available information. Any engagement, agreement, or transaction resulting from a connection is solely between the parties involved. Crew is not responsible for outcomes, disputes, or losses arising from introductions.
Payments and refunds
Membership fees, where applicable, are billed in advance. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at Crew’s discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, crew shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the community, events or introductions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
